Trunk varicose veins

Hi I'm a 37 year old female and have had issues with varicose veins since my early 20's. I have previously had surgery to have them removed. I smoke apart from that I have an relatively active lifestyle and healthy diet. I use compression stockings when feasible and sleep legs raised. what topical treatment (prescribed or other) will reduce swellin
