Trichophagia
I’ve had Trichophagia for 6-8 years now. I’ve never felt any symptoms for trichobezoar I think. What are the chances of me having trichobezoar? 100%?

There's never a 100 percent for anything. You are most likely to develop trichobezoar because of the hair. However it may not be compulsory to get that. However watch out for signs of intestinal obstruction like distention, pain, inability to pass stools and bloating.
Next Steps
preferably try to avoid the problem together. Take help from a specialist of you need to.
