  4. Tremor in the neck area. If use prolong?

My wife has a problem of mild tremor in the neck area, she has done X ray and MRI  cervical spine, X ray report  came normal study and MRI reveals mild diffuse posterior bulging of C5 C6 and C6 C7 disces . She is taking bitacap tr 40 and pepcitance 2 mg for some years back  . My question is that is there any side effect of these medicine if use prolong
