How to treat dry eyes my doctor told me i have dry eyes it started all of sudden i am worried that at this normal age why do i am having this issue please suggest how to treat it and is it treatable???

It is treatable. Occurs most commonly due to excessive screen time.
Use any lubricant eye drop along with hot fomentation of lids.
