Treatment in case of RPOC
Doctor I had medical abortion on 6th May 2019.My pregnancy was of 7 weeks.I went for ultrasound on 1st JuneThe report impression is: Mildly thickened endometrium which measures 11.3mm with Retained products of conception and bilateral polycystic ovaries and Hetrogeneously echogenic area measuring 10.9x8.8 mm noted within the endometrial cavity with minimal vascularise on colour flow. Kindly suggest if I can repeat the misoprostol dose now to complete the abortion.
