Treatment for varicocle. Do the needful.

Hi, I went to hospital when I discovered pain in my lower abdomen and swollen scrotum. After test they found varicocle in left scrotum. Doctor said it's not dangerous and gave me painkillers. But sometimes the pain is unbearable. I have felt nerves as thick as 20mm when pain goes high. Will this condition continue lifetime or would it go in couple of years. I stopped doing Gym after this condition. I gave up all bad activities 1 month ago. Still there is same pain. I found in internet Horse chestnut is used for curing varicocle. Is it true. Is there any natural way to stop varicocle going worst. I am unmarried. I am attaching my documents test reports. (Couldn't attach my abdomen scan reports they are normal) Please do the needful.
