Treatment for tuberclosis lymphadenitis
Me tha_i am having a extra pulmonary TB (tuberclosis lymphadenitis) in my right side of my neck ,doctors suggested me a category 2 treatment for that i have to take tablets for 8 months and stepromycin injection for two months but my doctor told me that the strepromycin injection is for the patients who are having TB in chest or lung and he also toldt i dont need that streptomycin injection for my case is it true that i can take only pills and not injection
