Puffiness/swelling on lid margins may be due to meibomitis/squamous blephritis/etc. If it's localized it can be stye if it's painful or a chalazion if it's painless. If the swelling is below your eye then it suggests systemic/cardiac/renal problem. You must visit an ophthalmologist and get your eyes checked.
