Treatment for blur vision caus by trauma

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello sir, in right eye Blurr vision & Dilated pupil cause by brain trauma will be treated successfully as it was before.??? I am seeing vertical colourful streaks in sun light and bright light.... may I know reason of this . Pleasee help.
