Treatment for AVN
I am taking homeopathic treatment for AVN since Apr2022 and now started Allopathy since last 1 week. My Ortho doctor took my x-ray of both hip joints and suggest me to take medicine for next 3 weeks then will do MRI. After that I mostly need to do surgery of left hip. Is surgery really needed? Or I can heal with Ayurveda/homeopath/physio treatment. Please suggest alternate option for the same. Attaching recent x-ray.

Brother - please do the surgery immediately, it's a very dangerous case , avoid physio , homeo or anyother. I personally known many AVN cases so do the MRI & GO with surgery

Alternative medicine might not work for AVN. In Allopathy hip replacement surgery is the solution but you have to choose the right surgeon.

PEMF therapy will help recovery in this case, along with laser and exercise will take 2 to 3 months time.
1st month of treatment go for 20 to 25 session PEMF and laser.
2 months 10 day's PEMF and laser
3 months 7 days PEMF and laser.

Hi sir, surgery is needed for both hips. Intraarticular space isn't left so....i disagree use of pemf.

Through physiotherapy it can be treated and it will take some time to recover fully.
If you can get PEMF therapy near you, without surgery in 20-25 sessions with combination of other electrotherapy AVN can be healed.
