My 1 month old daughter having dry cough and cold. She is diagnosed with Bronchiolitis 2 weeks back. Doctor prescribed Azithromycin syrup. Can I use it at this age ? She is still having cough. How many days it will take to subside ? Am giving 3% NS nebulization twice a day. Advice me on this

Yes azithromycin can be given if advised by pediatrician in proper dose . In Bronchiolitis as per its given for treatment it’s given to prevent and help secondary bacterial infection and throat infection . Usually subsides in 3-5 days . Give nebulisation and other supportive drug it will resolve .
