Hello welcome to practo .com.you can first do TVS scan,to rule out ectopic pregnancy.and start hormonal support to save your pregnancy,and start meditation like folic acid and Doxinate for nausea and vomiting.if every thing is ok go by road carefully.

Yes u can travel by car. Less than 4 hrs journey on a good road is not a issue
