My wife is tested positive by UPT and not showing in usg .I did UPT three times every time it is showing positive.USG also showing Cyst in left overy.what should be the further course of action...is traveling safe in this time by train

Get hcg . Blood test..if it doubles in 48 hours....aftr 1000 count tvs will show intra uterine pregnancy
