Hi, I am 35yrs, married, have travel from Africa to the US, stay away from sex or my wife for almost a yr, what are effects it will have on me or her because I can not go back due to some political reasons? I may be require to stay away from her or sex for another 2yrs. what can I do to help keep our marriage? Will I develop prostrate cancel too? What can I do To avoid the bad effect on me or my wife? I am afraid but We talk everyday since I left her and I sometime want to have sex.
