I've been having the urge to pee but haven't been able to actually pee properly without a hurting sensation . There's an immense amount of pressure on my vaginal area and I'm bleeding everytime I pee .

I can understand your concern.
It's definitely a urinary tract infection.
What you need to do is drink plenty of water.
Have citrus fruits.
Syp. Citralka 10ml in 100ml water thrice a day.
As of now, this is enough. I cannot prescribe you antibiotics here.
