You should consult a psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist for the phobia you are suffering from. Its been months you are asking the same questions, almost daily.A general physician is unlikely to sort out this particular issue

Based on your history, the HIV risk is extremely low as the partner tested negative 54 days post-exposure and you used protection. Tongue ulcers and sore throat are common symptoms of Vitamin B-complex deficiency, stress, or Acid Reflux (GERD), rather than HIV. Your 1.5kg weight loss in 10 days is likely due to the anxiety you are facing and changes in appetite.
Next Steps
Since your exposure was 5 months ago, any standard HIV test (4th Gen ELISA) now would be 100% conclusive. I recommend focusing on managing your stress and treating the ulcers symptomatically."
Health Tips
"Continue taking the B-complex (Becosules-Z) as you are doing. For the sore throat and ulcers, maintain good oral hygiene and try salt-water gargles. Since you work as a Rapido bike rider, stay hydrated and use a mask to protect yourself from dust and pollution, which might be aggravating your sore throat." Avoid self-diagnosing your symptoms through internet searches, as 'symptom hunting' can lead to severe anxiety and even physical symptoms like semi-solid stools. Do not take any antibiotics for the sore throat without a doctor's prescription, as it could be viral or allergy-related."

Hi, based on your history, the risk of HIV is very low, especially since protection was used and your partner’s test is negative. Also, at 5 months post exposure, an HIV test is conclusive please get a 4th generation test for confirmation if not already done.
Next Steps
Your symptoms (tongue ulcer, sore throat) are more likely due to infection, acidity, or stress, not HIV.
Health Tips
Don’t worry, but for complete clarity and proper treatment, please book a video consultation with me and share your reports.
