Respected Sir or mam I'm nri Indian Guy who mostly do lots of caring of mine mouth hygine I mostly do brushing 3 time in a days and do mouth wash by a paradontox gum care mouthwash 2 time in a day and do tongue cleaning 2 time in a days and by a stell toungue cleaner and a plastic toungue cleaning.. im sharing u mine toungue pic plz check is it normal pink and healthy or not...I'm sharing u mine xray image of advanced digital technology I just done mine teeth capping also in dubai I'm sharing u mine xray image and toungue pic plx check and tell me is it OK to use paradontox gum care mouthwash for long term it was non alcoholic mouthwash

You need to visit to your nearest dentist for deep scaling/ Cleaning .
As I can see there is plaque and calculus around your teeth , which need Ultrsonic scaling.
Use mouthwash as per prescribed by your dentist , it supposed to be Use only for 7 days .
