Hlo sir or mam Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly I do brush 3 time in a day 2 time I do mouthwash with a paradontox gum care mint mouthwash and 2 time I do toungue scraper with a stell toungue cleaner and oral b plastic toungue cleaner as u know mostly I do lots of care of mine whole mouth hygine and toungue hygine I'm sharing u mine toungue images plz check and say my toungue. Is pink and healthy or not ...plz check and tell me is paradontox gum care mouthwash is OK to use long-term 2 time it is an non alcoholic mouthwash...
