You are having a fissured tongue. The reason may be 1. Naturally present 2. Diabetes and so on . Please clean your tongue with brush( soft brush you use). Tongue cleaner will not help. The patch might be due to trauma from adjacent tooth. Unless untill you have the habit of pan or tobacco chewing and having symptoms like irritation or burning sensation , there is nothing to worry.

Tongue looks inflammed, there is also an ulcer on the side of your tongue. This could be due to Stress or Acid Reflux from stomach or vitamin deficiency if the ulcers are very frequent.
