Tounge and thorat pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Im having whitish coating on my toinge from 4 days...pain in back side of toung...feeling like somthing stuck in thorat...mouth pain also...im stopped tobacco 3 months back...i had checkup ENT,DENTIST,ORAL PATHOLOGYST too...evryone said evrything is okk...thorat infection is there so im on ENT medication...im so woried plz help me
