Total leucocyte count

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am 35 week pregnant... in my 1st cbc report my total leucocyte count was 17000 but i had no symptom of infection... than my doctor prescribed me antibiotic Tab. LINIX-O for 5days... than my 2nd cbc report after 5 days medication total leucocyte count is 15400... that what is its mean...? Why My total leucocyte count is high.. but i have no symptoms of infection?
