Luke warm salt water gaurgle 3-5 times a day will help
Use cold pack for temporary pain relief
If u have an appointment with dentist he must have prescribed u with proper medications. If not then consult him again do not take any medicine over the counter as they may be allergic to you. Consult your dentist
