Toothache in front lower 2 teeth
Having toothache in lower front 2 teeths. The pain is mild but its irritating. Its paining from yesterday. I don't have any cavity problem.

kindly check with the dentist he will take xray and will explain you. if you have any trauma history means it would had created root end infection it might produce pain. pain killers and antibiotics will give you relief for few hours only . thank you

Toothache can be due to many reasons, cavities being one of them. Tartar can cause gum inflammation leading to mild discomfort also. Any trauma to the teeth even mild like biting accidentally on a very hard substance can cause pain. Ideally get a check up to diagnose the exact cause of your pain
