I have pain in any of my teeth. I am sending my latest x ray. Tell me according to my x-ray what would I do. In x-ray which of my tooth or teeth is affected. In which tooth i want root canal. In last molar tooth what will be the solution.

Second molar needs root canal Treatment as the cavity is quite deep ...followed by crown on that tooth... Last tooth needs to be extracted only if it's troubling you or causing any localised infection on soft tissues...

do not worry...root canals are not that scary...go to an endodontist...as it needs good preparation...and conservative approach in your case..
