Kindly book an appointment with your dentist .Deep dental caries that is hole in your tooth. It is caused by bacteria which in your case has reached to the bottom of your tooth , infection.. Extraction or rct would help as per the condition. Medicine doesn't work unless it is added with treatment. Treatment plus medicine will only give relief neither of the option would alone help.
Health Tips
kindly do not rely on medicine ALONE for tooth ache. it's causing you much harm than helping you unless advised by dentist
