In understand this must be disturbing. I am s sure the doctor has done the best he knows. Obviously a problem still exists which may be begging his abilities to solve. It is best to visit another doctor. Get an x-ray done. See how the root canal treatment looks on xray. Get the crown checked for high areas. Get the crown corrected as required or get a new crown made. Hope this helps. If you are still worried or confused you could consult me privately on Practo.
