You have already exceeded the maximum daily dose. Please stop self medicating and consult a dentist as soon as possible.
Even if these painkillers work they will have temporary relief only and unless the objective treatment according to the diagnosis is done by the dentist the symptoms are going to reappear.

GM, please stop doing self medication & visit nearest Dentist ASAP for your toothache. You have already taken more than enough dose & if it has not relieved your pain, do not keep taking them. Clinical check up by a Dentist would be helpful.
