See dental pain is not a good sign and cannot go just by medication.. It is advisable to visit your near dentist and not worry dentist are following the proper safety protocol..

dental pain is not a good sign .. u should do and emergency visit and show ..
You can give her SOS paracetamol for now( if not allergic ) if swelling then antibiotics will be prescribed .
