Cleft palate and ulcers are two different scenarios that are not at all connected. As u mentioned cavity there could be an infection due to some badly decayed tooth.Visit any dentist they will start with necessary treatment whether RCT or extraction with antibiotics.

Visit your dentist & the reason is not associated with the cleft palate so don’t worry she needs proper care of her oral hygiene & food habits . Once you visit your dentist it will be specified to you in detail after seeing the teeth of the child .
Please visit a local pedodontist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
Maintain oral hygiene.
Avoid too sweet and sticky food items.
Brushing twice a day.
Plz get the broken decayed tooth evaluated. Ulcer could be because of the sharp edges of the broken tooth. May need extraction or RCT.
Lack of proper oral hygiene usually results in carious tooth
Hi,
Please visit a Pedodontist for a clinical examination. From the above mentioned symptoms, she may require immediate treatment for the decayed tooth. Cleft palate surgery has no connection with teeth decay.
