Tooth pain
I have gum and tooth pain since 2 days . I had habit of tobacco chewing. Some portion of gum became dark. If look like smoker melanosis.

Black pigmentation is melanosis . But pain in gums is due to calculus and local irritant . Visit a nearby dentist get Cleaning of ur teeth done . Stop ur habbit of tobacco and smoking .
