I had a treatment for my lower left tooth. Since morning I am having a pain for that tooth. Is there any medicines or liquid I can use to reduce my pain. I am having crown to that tooth

There must b any high point over crown so biting forces causing stress to Underlying tissue.. The tooth underneath may have faulty filling or infection from periapical space
