Hi, Teeth alignment can best be done by fixed metal, ceramic or lingual braces, removable clear alliners as per your requirement. If you do not want fixed braces then removable clear alliner are best option. These are transparent sheets made from CAD CAM, can be easily removed and re-placed by the patient itself, highly cosmetic and can be done in almost every case, age and any professional. Well, I guess you already know that braces are the treatment of choice for forwardly placed teeth. Add to that malalignments and spacing, braces can really help you. There are other "cosmetic" options, though. Wherein you cut and add to teeth (trim the jutting out part and build up some part). Composite veneers, laminates and crowns are part of this treatment modality. At the age of 23, when you should plan to have your teeth in a healthy condition for at least the next 50 years, I would recommend Orthodontics. Some options like clear aligners and lingual braces are available for those who cannot have the braces seen.
Next Steps
Reconsider Orthodontics, may be invisible options
Health Tips
Cosmetic solutions most often involve causing a lot of damage to the existing teeth and need a lifelong high maintenance.

There is a option of removable appliances. But results are better and quick in fixed appliances.
