Tooth Gap and Deposits
I had completed my orthodontic treatment to fill my tooth gap last year..post treatment my retainers broke after 3-4 months following which i didnt make a new one..the teeth gaps have occurred again and there are tar tar deposits in my teeth..what will be the best solution now ?

First go for professional cleaning to remove debris calculus and stain, wearing retainers for 6 months full time and 2 years 12 to 14 hours is must to avoid relapse you might have contacted your dentist immediately after breaking your retainer, now we don't have option other than going for braces treatment now we have lot of advanced braces which you can correct your gap in front teeth
