Extraction can be done according to patients interest, if she is comfortable and can withstand the pressure after the first extraction, other tooth can be extracted in the same appointment as well. If patient is tired and uncomfortable after first tooth has been extracted, other tooth can be extracted in next appointment.
Next Steps
If at all the tooth can be saved by other measures such as root canal treatment etc, please do consider that first before extraction.
Health Tips
Planned to extract, best time to do the extraction would be in the morning after breakfast.

If no history, they can be removed together. Stitches will be needed to be given. But still if you feel this risky.. U can do it 1 by 1.
