In orthodontics extraction and non extraction is depends upon the case... in case of lack of space, extraction of all 4 premolar has to be done to create space.....extraction of teeth wont affect your oral health

In ortho treatment depending upon case to case v decide whether v have to go for extraction or not.if u would have share the photographs then it would be easy to decide whether v have to do extraction or not
