Hello, My son is 3.5 years old and he had a cavity in his upper front tooth with an abscess on top of the tooth. I stay in Singapore and want to visit thane for tooth extraction. Please help to explain the procedure used for kids tooth extraction.

The procedure for extractions is more or less similar. The only care is to prevent any damage to the underlying permanent tooth bud and the behavior management of the child as the child is very young.
Any good Pedodontist would do the procedure without any hassle.
Regards.

Since the child is only 3.5 years old you can opt for a pulpectomy( endodontic treatment) of that tooth. This will preserve the tooth for a few years as this tooth will only fall at the age between 6-7 years normally
