Yellowish discharge and blood can also be due to pus ... do you have any ulcer formed on your gums or any swelling; do you have the deposits( white stone like solid deposits or blackish grey deposits) ...incase of deposits the dentist will do the cleaning/ scaling and prescribe medications.. you dnt need to have the tooth extracted till it is very mobile or broken.
