Transient pain on drinking water, hot or cold beverages is dental sensitivity, which can be caused due to cavities, wear of tooth surface, or exposed root due to gum recession, and many other factors. In most of the cases, correction of the cause and symptomatic treatment like fillings, application of desensitizing agent, will solve the issue. However; definite treatment will require clinical and radiographic examination of your teeth.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for definite clinical evaluation and treatment.

This type of pain may be because of 2reasons- 1. Abrasion of the tooth with faulty brushing technique . 2. Dental caries causing loss of enamel ( The hard protective 1st layer ) &exposure of dentinal tubules of dentin (2nd layer of tooth ) This can be confirmed by the clinical examination of the teeth & if required radiograph. After that treatment will be carried out
Next Steps

This is sensitivity caused , may be due to decay or gingival recession. The area you have mentioned show, it might be due to the decay( reversible pulpitis). It might be in second stage. Please visit Dentist , take IOPA xray and  go for direct or indirect pulp capping procedures or RCT whichever needed. Need not to be removed ( if wisdom tooth and in inaccessible area , then extraction might be required).
Next Steps
Visit the dentist and take IOPA xray and proceed with the treatment option. Please do not delay. Hope this helps you

Next Steps
