Tooth decay
I brush two times a day,sometimes even 3 times a day.Also i maintain good eating habits and proper nutrition.Even then i have got a black spot on tooth like a tooth decay.I use patanjali.Please suggest some good toothpaste.

The black spots could be either tooth decay or tartar if it’s near the gum line. If it is a cavity it should be filled and if it is tartar you require scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth)

You can use any fluoridated toothpaste like Colgate or pepsodent etc. Fluoride prevents cavities
