Tooth decay...and RCT problem
I have a tooth decay. And the decay is deep but it is not paining. I have done an x day of it and it is showing that the interior enamel portion is gone.

Visit ur dentist n get the decay removed also get a temporary filling done for 2 weeks n then let ur dentist take a call on it wether to do a permanent filling or an rct taking in concern ur pain if it persists

If the dentist whom u visited has analysed the extent of decay of tooth pls go with the treatment he/she suggested u ....

Find a dentist who practice microscopic dentistry,if ur radiograph is in conclusive ,he or she  wl excavate the decay and after that only,if there is so symptoms then the tooth can be filled .

If it is not paining your dentist can do a temporary filling and check for 3weeks. No pain means you can do a permanent filling. If your dentist is sure the tooth pulp is not involved then a permanent filling can be done directly
