Hi doc, my son is 3 yr old and having terrible  pain in tooth from yesterday and crying continuously. Please suggest some remedies and medicines

Warm salt water gargle If not relieved syrup P 125(5ml each time. After food) If paracetamol doesn't relieve the pain, syrup ibugesic plus, if no drug allergy. (5ml each time. After food. If doesn't relieve in 2 days.) Syrup augmentin duo 3.3gm/30ml,5ml 3 times/day,after food.
