Tooth cavity largening from last 4 days. cavity keeps any cold items and cold water inside tooth. month back had filled this tooth. Do I need to rinse every day and get it removed?

Hi sir...   It may be due to broken filling and secondary infection of the tooth.... If there is any broken filling you need to refilling done.... Proper clinical examination is necessary to diagnose the cause

Please get a dental check up . The cavity requires proper filling. If you have old filling in that tooth it may be broken and may require replacement
