Good evening sir,
For the broken part you can go for the composite restoration. It is tooth coloured dental filling which will last long .
But my advice is, please visit a dental clinic to get the xray of that particular tooth to confirm any fracture/damage of the root.
If Root of that tooth is healthy than go for composite filling.
Price of that treatment varies from clinic to clinic.

This needs urgent treatment as if the pulp of tooth is involved, the problem can damage tooth permanently. How deep is the breakage will decide the treatment. For that x-rays will be required. Cost of treatment depends on he case complexity.
