Elevated pain at night at the corner gums. Is it wise to extract all four wisdom teeth? As the growth is not in the right direction, brushing and cleaning is also problematic, leading to cavity.

If the growth is not in right direction or line of occlusion moreover leading to cavity of adjacent tooth ,wise decision would be extraction only.as they won't be functional plus would provide a nice site for food lodgement.already you face trouble in cleaning the site so better extraction otherwise adjacent teeth will keep decaying and you have to go for root canal of those tooth too.

Nope...no need to extract tooth if asymptomatic...Visit the nearest dentist for xray or other imaging...and you will get proper advise....
