If the growth is not in right direction or line of occlusion moreover leading to cavity of adjacent tooth ,wise decision would be extraction only.as they won't be functional plus would provide a nice site for food lodgement.already you face trouble in cleaning the site so better extraction otherwise adjacent teeth will keep decaying and you have to go for root canal of those tooth too.
