RCT was done in tooth 8, later extracted as pain existed. This was 9 month back. The pain still exist. Is there any issue as per the attached x-ray, this is recent 20 days back. Consulted 4 to 5 doctors said no problem with tooth and x-ray is fine. Took consultation in Maulana azad, they suspect pus as per x-ray or small remains of RCT material.

There is some remnant of the previous RCT, present. Opening up the area surgically and doing good curettage and initiating bleeding is the way to treat this. Nothing to worry about.
