Took unwanted 72 on 1st day of period.
My friends cycle is normally for 28 days,

There is no chance of pregnancy.
I pill was not required, as pregnancy doesn’t happen if intercourse is done during menses.
Irregular bleeding is due to I pill.
Wait for next menses which could be delayed.
