Too much sculf in Hair

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir/Mam I'm suffering Heavy dandruff in hair from age of 15. If I took any natural remedy or sculf shampoo it goes away for few days or months and then later it will back. Due to Hair falling, itching issues I'm facing. Kindly give some suggestion to cure it permanently.
