Too much of vaginal discharge

My wife has too much of vaginal discharge
A white fluid and sometimes even solid sticky substance, comes out of her vagina
It was less in the beginning but not it's creating a lot of mess.
It makes her very uncomfortable,
Another thing is that she don't even feel when this discharge comes out.
Please help us what is this problem, why is it so and what medicines does she need to get rid of this problem.
