Dear practo user
Tonsils are better examined and diagnosed by an ENT specialist than dentists, since it's the throat area. However, we can suggest you to use mouthwashes and Betadine gargle mixed in warm saline water rinse for at least one minute five times a day. See the results. But it alone won't help. Medications may be required.
Next Steps
consult an ENT specialist

Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
White spot could be ( or couldn't be also) as simple as just food lodgement or as severe as stone.
Lukewarm salt water gaurgle vigorously 8-10 times a day for 2 days should help.
If it doesn't....you need a dental checkup
