I m suffering from dry mouth and tongue ulcer and fear phobia because somebody said anytime you get attack of tongue paralysis,I m literally crying, please help

There r many reasons for dry mouth and ulcers at ur age, since there is no medical history provided see the dentist immediately, there is no need to panic. Please apply ' pain out gel by Colgate" on the ulcer 3-4 times a day. For dry mouth u can use " wet mouth by Icpa". But u should see the dentist immediately to rule out other issues. All the best.
